Nevada Street Housing Project.
In partnership with Spokane Public Library, Thrive International is developing at least 45 units of affordable housing on a 1.62-acre lot at 6980 North Nevada Street, a vacant property that the Library has owned since the 1990s. In addition to housing, the development will feature public event and learning space operated by the Library as well as a playground, greenhouse, and a 24/7 Library kiosk.

The property will have community garden and green houses where community members can grow crops and plants together in an environment-friendly way.
-
24/7 Library Kiosk
The property will have a library kiosk that is a like giant book vending machine filled with books and movies suitable. People can use their library cards to browse, check out, and return items – all in one spot (Spokane Public Library)!
