Thrive International Is Closing
Thank you, Spokane and Tacoma, for four years of welcoming refugee and immigrant families.
All residents at Thrive’s two residential sites are being transitioned into safe, stable, and appropriate housing arrangements, and every effort is being made to ensure continuity of care and support during this transition. Subject to court approval, Thrive International’s operations are expected to conclude by the end of 2026.
Since 2022, this community has housed hundreds of refugee and immigrant families, welcomed children into after-school programs and summer camps, and helped women toward independence. That work was done by volunteers, staff, donors, partners, and neighbors who chose to say yes. It was never the building. It was you.
