Thrive International is empowering multicultural communities to THRIVE.

Our Backstory

Thrive International was founded in 2021 with a bold vision: to create thriving multicultural communities where every person has the opportunity to belong, contribute, and succeed.

Shortly after our founding, the war in Ukraine sparked one of the largest displacement crises in recent history. In response, Thrive mobilized quickly to welcome refugees and provide housing, support services, and pathways toward stability. What began as an emergency response soon evolved into a comprehensive model of housing, community integration, and empowerment for newcomers rebuilding their lives.

Since then, Thrive has grown rapidly, serving thousands of refugees, immigrants, asylum-seekers, and other displaced individuals representing more than 21 countries. Through housing assistance, workforce development, education, youth programs, cultural engagement, and community-building initiatives, we help individuals and families move from crisis to stability and from surviving to thriving.

At Thrive, we believe that diversity strengthens communities and that every person deserves the opportunity to build a brighter future. Our multilingual staff, strong partnerships, and culturally responsive programs help newcomers overcome barriers to housing, employment, education, healthcare, and social connection.

Today, Thrive continues to expand its impact locally and globally through partnerships that support displaced populations and strengthen communities. Every family welcomed, every child supported, and every life transformed brings us closer to our vision of a world where all people have the opportunity to thrive.

Because when people thrive, communities thrive.
