Thrive International is at the forefront of helping Ukrainian refugees in Spokane.

Spokane County contracted with Thrive International as the subrecipient of the Ukrainian Relief Grant. The Ukrainian Relief Grant provides short-term assistance to Ukrainians who arrived in Spokane County between March 2022 and June 2022 as a result of the war. This bridge funding is meant to help arrivals move to some level of stability. Assistance for incoming refugees can include but is not limited to paying for rent and housing needs, transportation, healthcare needs, employment needs, a telephone or computer, school or daycare needs (like daycare tuition, supplies, or books), food, clothing and other essential items or services coordinated through Thrive International to help stabilize resettlement refugees.

Thrive International partnered with the Ukraine Relief Coalition to open Thrive Center in response to the Ukraine refugee crisis. This previously vacant hotel now provides housing and resource support in the same building for Ukrainian refugees. Click the button below to learn more.
