Born and raised in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, Moisire is a member of our resource coordination team! Providing guidance through bills, licenses, and immigration papers, she happily helps Thrive participants navigate the same journey she’s taken as an asylum seeker.

Moisire is here extending her empathy at Thrive so often, she’s grown from being mistaken as a resident to being welcomed like one! What she loves about Thrive is the opportunity to learn, grow, and see connections happen between cultures and kids playing. When she’s not at Thrive, she’s working her second job: full-time mother to her six-year-old baby boy!
