Make an impact by volunteering for Thrive’s IRL Refugee Immersion Experience!
We’re looking for dedicated volunteers who can commit to helping at multiple events throughout the year as the experience rolls out in different locations in Spokane. Volunteer training is provided. Your support will ensure that every participant has a meaningful and educational experience.
Ways to Volunteer

Welcome participants, check them in, and distribute materials at the registration desk.

Assist at designated immersion stations, guiding participants through their assigned refugee journey.

Help assemble and dismantle the experience at different locations.

Facilitate discussions and reflections to help participants process and connect with what they’ve learned.
